My bio!

Hiya! The names Alyssa, full name is Alyssa Brooke Rangel! I’m just a struggling artist, and trying not to eat my artwork to survive. I was born in Dallas, TX and move to Mission, TX when I was 6. I love to draw cartoons, just as much as I love watching them. When I was small I use to copy the Disney princess, and start drawing all my favorite shows. My dream job is to be a story board artist, for Disney, DreamWorks, or Cartoon Network. Right now my favorite show is Voltron: Legendary Defenders! I also watch anime, and play video games; my favorite is Final Fantasy 15! I also have a great love for musicals, I recently got into Hamilton. If I have to describe myself it would be outgoing, funny (at least that’s what I tell myself), loyal, patient, dedicated (did you see the harry pottery reference?). If I have to pick my favorite song I have two “Too Much Is Never Enough” by Florence and The Machine, and “Daddy’s Lessons” by Beyoncé. Oh if I haven’t mentioned but I love Beyoncé, she’s my idol. Also favorite meme is the SpongeBob caveman meme.

What Digital Media Means to Me

When I think of Digital Media there are different things to describe about it. Is it just ad making or just a business tactic? I look at a lot of meanings and even video animation is a part of it? I think Digital Media is almost the same a graphic design just a different type. Graphic design has a small branch of things compared to digital media I feel like you can do a lot more with, and there are different branches you can chose from. I think what digital Media is to me is that it is another category of art.

Ideas / Terms associtated with digital media

• Brand

It is a product that is an image of a company. It identifies with a product, what makes a brand is the consumers, in how the company will benefit them.

• Content

To help with the interest of the brand and somewhat promote it, by using social media, videos, blogs, etc.

• Social Media

Using computer technology to create or share ideas, interest, communities, art, and networks.

• Attribution

To understand a users actions and help contribute for a desired outcome and deciding a value for each of these things.

• Cross Device Tracking

Companies try to use platforms such as publishers to identify what internet users across smart devices.

• Digital Technology

It's the type of transfer that has a message of binary or codes.
